In late 2017 we refined and narrowed our focus to provide one key type of support - NDIS Plan Management.
Our focus on efficiency and personal service ensure that plan managed invoices are paid within 3 business days (providing the required information is provided). Monthly NDIS budget reports keep participants and representatives/support coordinators up to date with budget spend and balance information. If required, we can provide access to our online portal for participants and Support Coordinators.
We provide a single, focused, Plan Management service to participants and are not distracted by delivering other types of support. Most importantly, by providing a single service we avoid any conflicts of interest (e.g. we don’t recommend ourselves for other supports and then pay ourselves for those supports).
